I’m Derek, originally from Spain, and becoming a personal trainer wasn’t just a career choice, it was my dream.

 

I left everything behind to pursue it. I moved to Italy first to work and save money, then travelled to the United States to train at Gold’s Gym and learn from high-level environments. Eventually, I relocated to Melbourne, Australia, where I started from zero once again.

 

After years of hard work and sacrifice, I built my own personal training studio and now coach clients both in person and online around the world.

 

But I’m just getting started.

 

I’m more focused than ever on becoming the best coach I can be. I'm constantly learning, improving, and delivering real results for every client who trusts me with their transformation.

HOW IS MY PROGRAM PERSONALISED?

Every client receives a fully customised training and nutrition plan designed personally by Derek. Your program is built around your goals, current fitness level, training experience, physical condition, and lifestyle. Nothing is generic or pre-made. Everything is tailored specifically to you.

DO YOU ACCOMMODATE DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

Yes. Your nutrition plan is adapted to your preferences and dietary needs. Whether you are vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose-free, or have specific food preferences, your plan will reflect what you actually enjoy eating while still aligning with your goals.

WHAT IF I HAVE INJURIES OR PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS?

Your training program is structured according to your physical condition. If you have injuries, mobility limitations, or previous health concerns, exercises will be selected and adjusted to ensure safe and effective progression.

HOW MUCH SUPPORT WILL I RECEIVE?

Support is continuous. Every member receives:

  • Daily message support for tracking feelings, performance, and progress.
  • Ongoing adjustments based on feedback.

You are never left alone during your transformation process.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS?

We offer three different subscription programs, each with varying levels of support, detail, and accountability. The higher the tier, the more personalised attention, monitoring, and strategic adjustments you receive.

This allows you to choose the level of coaching that matches your goals and commitment.

HOW LONG SHOULD I STAY ON THE PROGRAM?

Results require consistency. While you can join month-to-month, we recommend committing to multiple months to see meaningful, sustainable transformation. Progress is built over time, not overnight.

WHAT MAKES DK-FIT DIFFERENT FROM OTHER ONLINE COACHES?

DK-FIT is not a template-based system. Derek works directly with each client, monitors progress weekly, adjusts plans strategically, and builds a real community environment through direct communication and monthly events.

CAN I UPGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP LATER?

Yes. You can upgrade your subscription at any time if you decide you want a higher level of coaching, more accountability, or more detailed support.
